I wanted to say thank you for all of your hard work helping us find our dream home.
From out first phone conversation, you went above and beyond your duty as an agent. When I found out we were going to relocate to North Carolina I was very upset. But after speaking to you were so professional and really put me to ease and I knew you were going to do everything possible to make our home search easy.
Your follow up and contacts with us were on a daily bases. Without your help and understanding of what our needs were we would have been very frustrated in finding our wonderful home. Our trip to North Carolina was very productive as you helped us locate the most convenient hotel, and our day with you was extremely productive due to your profession organization and timing to tour the homes we had selected to tour. The houses you felt would best suit us were wonderful choices. Just knowing we could depend on you was a lifesaver. I cannot express to you the thanks you deserve in doing such a fine job as a buyers agent.
If all agents put in as much time and understanding as you did with us buying a home would be a pleasant experience for all.
Thank you for the lunches during our trips to Winston-Salem and also for the lovely closing gifts. You are too kind for the wonderful nice gifts. We really enjoyed the “Honey Baked Ham” on the day of moving and we are continuing to enjoy the gorgeous Poinsettia Plant that was just in time for the holidays.

We met Tish Vilar initially last October when we inquired about a house we had seen for sale. She showed us the property with ?no pressure? and helped us think through our wish list for a new lakefront home within our price range. Being out of state and very much pressed for time on each visit to look for a home, you made the most of each visit. You demonstrated a professional attitude along with a very warm and understanding attitude. Each time we had to drive to Winston-Salem, you made sure that our day was planned out and didn't waste our time we really appreciate that. Furthermore, at times I'm sure we tested your patience, with meeting our expectations in a home that seemingly normally wouldn't be out there.
