I have resided in the Winston-Salem area for over 27 years. After 5 years in the Real Estate Industry I have produced multi-millions of dollars in sales. I have worked diligently to determine what marketing works best in the Triad Market. I believe Internet Marketing is today’s primary method buyers shop and we have families moving into our area on a daily basis. I am a member of the Advertising and Marketing Committee for the Winston-Salem Market Center. Below you will find a list of my most current affiliations in the Real Estate Industry. I was accepted as a member of the Winston-Salem Home Builders Association Women's Council. In 2004 I was ask to serve as the BuildPAC committee chairman for 2005. I successfully raised $1,000.00 to break a record total for the membership. In 2006 I was chairman of the Ways and Means Committee of the Women’s Council and our Council successfully raised over $1200.00 to give 2 scholarships to young men studing to become a building professional. I am presently the Secretary of the Women’s Council of the Home Builders Association. My career opportunities in sales have allowed me to travel throughout the US and Canada conducting business with people from all walks of life. I was employed locally for 17 years with a very successful company transacting business worldwide and in addition, I have 5 years of business advertising experience before entering into Real Estate. As a REALTOR and Broker, I truly enjoy every aspect of working with buyers and sellers. My primary function in the Tish Vilar Properties Inc business is a "Listing Specialist".
